The Merchant's House (2009) 
39.5 x 46" The Merchant's House is in the old walled village of Tenby in Wales and I took the photo that inspired this quilt when I visited there on a teaching/lecture trip. Coming down the stairs at the left I was struck by the vivid pink building that so perfectly accented the Merchant's House in the center. It was a chilly day in March, things were not yet open for tourists so I didn't get to go inside, but at least there were no crowds!
