I was very pleased to discover that one of them, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ruthpowersartquilts.com\/gallery-detail.php?cat=2&amp;ID=9\">&#8220;Refractions&#8221;<\/a>, had been voted first place in the People&#8217;s Choice awards.
