Travel Time
I’m leaving again shortly to visit Q.U.I.L.T. of NW Ark, for a lecture this evening and a two day workshop on picture piecing the Coneflower pattern. Here is the latest sample for that class, just finished.

Coneflower Sample
Coneflowers are so versatile, coming in so many colors and now, even in fancy double versions. It’s always fun for me to see them develop in class.

I just finished the two day work shop with Ruth and have nothing but admiration for her skills and patience. My group is a fun loving rowdy bunch and Ruth handled the crowd wonderfully. With her guidance, there will some lovely cone flower quilts at guild show and tell in a month or two. I certainly want to get mine finished and I already can see more colors dancing in my mind. Well done, Ruth!!! Eagerly awaiting the blue bird pattern when you finish it.
